I’ve stayed in places that cost twice as much and didn’t come close to this level of service. The front desk? Rockstars. They helped me with currency exchange, held my luggage without a second thought, and even let me check in early — which felt like a miracle after a transatlantic haul. They were consistently kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that my stay went well. Honestly, if they’d offered to adopt me and let me live behind the reception desk, I might’ve considered it.
